Door handles
All inspection doors are equipped with double lever-type handles. These can be locked if required as an option. Also included as standard on the pressure side is an innovative impact guard to protect staff during maintenance of the equipment.
For easy and rapid assembly, all device modules can be lifted directly from the transport by means of the lifting eyes provided. This helps minimize assembly times.
The cassettes are attached to high-grade steel rails making it easier to remove them for inspection and cleaning. The completely open structure underneath allows for condensation to flow without hindrance. This design is best solution to hygiene and ongoing maintenance.

We fit as standard to sections of the unit containing equipment (e.g. fan / motors sections) which could endanger personnel a robust safety locking system to the access doors, this lock can only be opened with a special tool it also provides a better solution with regards to hygiene and operational efficiency compared with the traditional belt guard system.
